Processing Time: Your order will be packed within 3 days upon confirmation of order, and ship out will be every Monday (once a week only because of COVID-19 >.<)

Estimated Shipping Times: I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the work capacity of local couriers and the shipping method you choose. Please expect delays because of COVID-19

Canada: 3-6 weeks
United States: 2-5 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Australia: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 7-15 business days

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

What is your Pin Grading System?

Standard Grade:
– Free of major defects but may have minor imperfections such as: superficial stray paint/dust/glitter specs, tiny air bubble in enamel, imperfections in the metal on the sides/back of the pin, superficial low-filled area, and superficial scratches to metal surfaces.

Seconds Grade
– Have imperfections such as: low fill, noticeable scratches, stray paint, multiple specks of dust (ex. on face), or minor missing enamel on small areas (like the earrings/small part of bangs), missing screen print, etc.
– Each pin has different imperfections. Seconds are chosen randomly per order.

What shipping/courier service do you use? And what are your shipping options?

I use PhilPost (local post office) to ship orders internationally. PhilPost will send your order to your local post office, and your local post office will be in charge of delivering it to you!

“Standard Shipping” means:

– Your order will INCLUDE TRACKING; tracking numbers are stated in the shipping notice
– Usually takes 7-15 business days, but may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks during peak season.
– Shipping is calculated by weight, so if you order more than 1 enamel pin, additional fees will apply.

IMPORTANT: Studio Haebi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure that your orders are handed to the courier safely and in good condition, but once it is with the courier, whatever happens to the package is out of our hands.

Unreceived/Return-to-Sender Orders

In the event that an order was declared as “unsuccessful delivery” and is on its way back to sender (Studio Haebi), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again for re-shipment of the order once the package has returned to us.

What if I lose the pin I purchased while I was wearing it?

As part of quality checking, we ensure that the backing clasp snugly attaches to the pin backing, and we see to it that we hand your orders to the courier in good condition.

But it is possible for any pin with non-locking backing clasp to accidentally fall off while you are wearing it on your jacket/bag (or wherever you choose to use it). We are not responsible or liable for pins you lose/lost to wear and tear.

Damaged Pins

In the event the pin was damaged upon your receipt of your order, please do contact us through email at studiohaebi@gmail.com or send us a message on IG @studiohaebi, so we can address your situation.

Incorrect addresses input by the customer

In the event that the customer purchases an item with the incorrect delivery address and the order has already been shipped:
– The customer will be responsible to pay for reshipment of item. If the item is no longer in stock, the customer will have to wait until the item returns to the seller and discuss with the seller on what can be done.

If the customer notices they have the wrong address before the seller has shipped out the item:
– In this case, the customer must immediately message the seller and let them know of the correct delivery address, so the seller can use it upon shipping.
– If the customer was unable to tell the seller of the mistake before the item was shipped, the liability of the lost package will be on the customer
